By creating an account or using LibanjeApp, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The service

LibanjeApp lets authorized users build, view, and export a private family tree. Your tree is visible only to you (and administrators operating the service).

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and use a strong, unique password.

Your content and accuracy

You retain ownership of the family data you add and are responsible for having the right to record it. Do not invent names, dates, relationships, or locations — where information is unknown it should be left blank. You may edit your own records during a 7-day window after they are created; afterwards, contact the administrator for corrections.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or upload files that are not genuine images where an image is expected. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law. Keep your own backups via the export tools.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.
